WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Poetry:
Send us poems that make us feel. We are especially drawn to free verse, but we appreciate any work that moves us emotionally and showcases a mastery of language.
Fiction
We appreciate nuanced stories that explore the human condition, delving deep into character development and offering layered, thought-provoking themes. Whether your work is introspective, experimental, or minimalist, we’re interested in prose that pushes boundaries and evokes a strong emotional or intellectual response from the reader.

Creative Non-Fiction
If you have a true story to tell that is engaging and resonates with universal themes, we’d love to read it. We seek essays and memoirs that offer new perspectives and thoughtful reflections on life experiences.
Visual Art:
Narrative Depth – Art that tells a story, evokes emotion, or captures unique perspectives.
Diverse Mediums – Photography, digital art, mixed media, illustration, and experimental works.
Distinctive Style – Pieces that reflect originality and creative expression.
Themes – We appreciate work that explores identity, culture, nature, humanity, and the surreal. However, we are open to a broad range of subjects that align with the spirit of Scribeworth – compelling, meaningful, and unforgettable.
